Ikhlas Tour PLC is an Ethiopian Private Limited Company based in Addis Ababa and governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
1.1 Bookings will be effective after confirmation by Ikhlas Tour PLC.
1.2 Before confirmation, the client must agree with the offered itinerary, the total tour price, and these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of confirmation.
2.2 Balance: The remaining 70% is payable before or upon arrival, prior to the start of the tour.
Any cancellation must be done in writing and is subject to the following charges:

6.1 The client understands the risk inherent in traveling to a developing country and undertakes the tour at their own risk.
7.1 All insurance (medical, repatriation, luggage) is solely the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
